National Public Gardens Day was developed by the APGA and corporate presenter Rain Bird in an effort to raise public awareness about the importance of public gardens. It is a wonderful opportunity to reach out to your community and get them excited about all of the services, educational opportunities, and resources you have to offer.

Saturday, May 26 - 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. at St. James Farm Forest Preserve
Winfield and Butterfield Roads; Warrenville, IL

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County invites your business to participate in its annual "St. James Farm Family Field Day" at St. James Farm Forest Preserve in Warrenville.  The event, formerly known as the "Homecoming Celebration", features horse and riding demonstrations, canine field and obedience demonstrations, hay-wagon rides, interpretive tours, tractor and hybrid vehicle displays, a dairy exhibit, and children's activities, including archery and fishing.  This free, family-oriented event attracts over 5,000 visitors and provides an excellent opportunity for you to broadcast your support for the communities, families and forest preserves of DuPage County.
