Summary  Each work environment varies greatly across our vast industry. Through an open forum with four active Project Managers / Principals in our industry, we will dive into their workplace and engage the audience with a variety of relatable topics.   To kick off the event, we will enjoy a happy hour with appetizers to entice conversations with peers and panel members alike.  Afterwards, at 7:00pm, we will begin the discussion by starting with the career paths of each panel member and the history of their current company. The second topic will dive into the office dynamics; discussing team structures, ideas of team building, and secrets to maintaining a successful business. Lastly, we will open the floor to questions from our audience members for the four panel members to answer.
