The Champaign County Forest Preserves 2040 Comprehensive Plan is a broad planning document for a seven-preserve special district in East Central Illinois. Its goal is to take a bird’s eye view of community needs, infrastructure improvements, and applicable trends to develop guiding recommendations for subsequent strategic plans. Completed 2024.
