Project Details
A gateway building, 800 Fulton, is a new mixed-use office building located in Chicago’s West Fulton Market District. It shines as a prime example of the outstanding integration of architecture and landscape design. The landscape design draws inspiration from the local ecological communities found on limestone cliffs, that aims to celebrate native plants and evoke the aesthetic of “trees on a cliffside.” The design features native plants across ten levels, creating lush terraces and green spaces that blend seamlessly with the urban fabric. The project enhances both aesthetic appeal and community well-being, exemplifying the future of urban development. Completed 2021
