The Peoria Riverfront Master Plan is a transformative vision to revitalize Peoria’s underutilized riverfront into a dynamic civic destination. Rooted in an inclusive and robust community engagement process, the plan aims to activate the riverfront as both a vibrant public space and a powerful economic engine for downtown. It weaves together Peoria’s historical past, natural beauty, and recreational assets into a cohesive, resilient, and forward-thinking framework for future growth. Completed 2023.
