Calling all beer enthusiasts! This six-bottle lot brings together some of the most sought-after releases from Goose Island’s Bourbon County Brand Stout series, the Chicago-born imperial stout credited as the world’s first bourbon barrel-aged stout. Donated by: Lara Barnas, ASLA. Item value: $134
What’s included:- 2023 Proprietor’s Stout (16.9 oz, 14.3% ABV). A Chicago-only release brewed with toasted rice, raisins, cassia bark, and brown sugar.
- 2025 Double Barrel Stout (16.9 oz, 17.4% ABV). Aged in two rounds of Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond bourbon barrels.
- 2025 Chocolate Praline Stout (16.9 oz, 14.6% ABV). Brewed with cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and dates. Contains tree nuts.
- 2025 Cherries Jubilee Stout (16.9 oz, 14.5% ABV). Finished in cognac barrels with Montmorency cherries and citrus.
- 2025 Original Stout, 2 bottles (10 oz, 14.8% ABV). The flagship stout, aged about 14 months in bourbon barrels.
