Steffney Jones is a Partner Development Manager at Ruby where she connects with growth-minded organizations and speaks around the country on top lead generating tactics, customer success strategies, growth hacks, and revenue boosters. She began her professional career with a virtual live chat startup company based out of Kansas City, MO working as the business’s first live chat specialist. She created the basis for chat scripting and account processes and stepped into a management role for a small team of specialists before becoming the company’s lead Account Executive. The business scaled from 3 employees to over 150 within three years before the startup was acquired at the beginning of 2019 by Ruby, a virtual live receptionist service based out of Portland, OR. For almost six years, Steffney has served small business communities and helped them understand how they can meet their revenue goals through successful client communication.
