Project Details
The M-Vision is a visionary plan that seeks to transform Chicago’s Magnificent Mile into a world-class destination by leveraging the key themes of People, Place, Technology, and Experience. The plan focuses on re-envisioning from a commercial district to a mixed use entertainment district. Current trends of declining in-person retail, tourism, and conflicting stakeholder interest posed challenges for the district. The new vision centers Mag Mile as a vibrant, safe, and interactive experience for Chicago residents and tourists.
