Project Details
This modern beach house retreat was designed as a multi-generational vacation home. The master plan developed by the landscape architects takes advantage of the property’s stunning lake views and provides comfortable gathering and play spaces for friends and family. Industrial styling paired with modern steel and glass openings creates a playful and casual vibe while providing open views to the main attraction, a crystal-clear lake ideally suited for boating and water sports. Extensive renovation of the extremely narrow site was required, the result of successful collaboration with our building partners, whose thoughtful integration allowed the landscape to appear deceptively simple.
