Project Details
Skylawn at POST Houston is Texas’ largest rooftop park and the crowning jewel of the newly repositioned mixed-use community hub. Conceived as a collection of garden rooms, Skylawn celebrates the range of landscape typologies and ecologies endemic to the southeast Texas region. Skyfarm, the rooftop’s organic farm, is a model for the possibilities of rooftop soil growing and urban, community-supported agriculture. Skylawn provides the public with a new home base to gather and partake in educational events, wellness classes, and entertainment throughout the year set against the backdrop of Houston’s skyline.
